I went to Walgreen's a little bit ago.

I was going for my usual pack of cigarettes. I was standing in line watching this guy write a check and thinking, "Why didn't he have the check made out ahead of time, like I always do?" Then I noticed he looked familiar and said his name and it was my old friend B. He immediately screamed "Gurl!" and hugged me. B didn't look well. Actually he was kind of flushed and antsy at the same time. I realized he was drunk. He looked kind of bloated. Can't imagine why. We used to date about 8 years ago.
